Kelly Rutherford Finalizes Divorce

Actress Kelly Rutherford has finalized her divorce with ex Daniel Giersch. In filing the divorce, the "Gossip Girl" star cited irreconcilable differences as the reason. The former couple had been in and out of court, fighting over custody of their two children. Apparently, the two agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of the children. The couple was married for two years before they filed for divorce.
