Jesse James and Sandra Bullock waive Spousal Support

Last week, it was reported that Sandra Bullock and Jesse James had finalized their divorce.  Now, news sources are reporting that neither spouse tried to collect spousal support payments.

Following allegations of infidelity, Bullock filed a divorce petition against James.  As part of their divorce, they will deal with their assets and debts without seeking alimony.  Both waived their right to independently investigate the true value of their marital property.

Instead, it is reported that James and Bullock have agreed to a private property settlement that will remain confidential.

In their divorce documents, no minor children are mentioned.  Yet, close sources say that Bullock wanted to get her divorce finalized as quickly as possible so she could complete her adoption of Louis, a baby boy.
