Michael Lohan Still Accused of Failing to Pay Chilc Support

Lindsay Lohan is back in the news - this time, however, it is her parents that are taking center stage. Dina Lohan is demanding that her ex-husband make the child support payments for Lindsay's younger siblings - Ali, 16, and Cody, 14. This comes just months after the pair settled their child support dispute in court. Since then, Dina alleges that Michael Lohan has yet to make any payments.

Dina has now lodged a complaint with the Child Support Collection Unit in Nassau County, NY. She states that Michael owes her in abundance of $30,000. He is also paying child support to a woman in Montana who won a default judgment against him when Michael did not oppose her paternity claims. This has made his Dina furious, "It's completely ridiculous. When I heard that he was paying for this child in Montana, I just had to fight for my kids...This child in Montana gets more than Ali and Cody (get)."

Her ex-husband has only responded by saying, "I never admitted it was my child. I'm paying to stay out of jail."
