Brooke Mueller Still Facing Post Divorce Challenges

Kathy Hilton took her friend Brooke Mueller to a sober living facility in Los Angeles this week. Mueller, who is in the process of obtaining a divorce from husband Charlie Sheen, said that she "felt weak" and wanted professional counseling during this difficult time.

Mueller will spend days with her sons with a sober living partner nearby, and spend nights at the facility. A family insider said that "the hardest part for her is not tucking her boys in when they go to bed." Reports now reveal that she spent Thanksgiving in a similar sober living facility after a night of hard partying at a hotel in Los Angeles.

However, her lawyer, Yale Galanter, said that Mueller is free to enter and leave the facility as often as she pleases, and has not suffered a relapse. She is simply doing it to "maintain her health."

Sheen filed for divorce from Mueller on November 1, 2010 just days after wrecking a room at the Plaza Hotel and causing $7000 in damages.
