Couple Retains Child Custody

A couple who allegedly obtained custody by fraud has been able to retain custody of the child. The maternal grandparents of a boy have had custody of the boy since birth and stated that the father was unknown. However, the father, Jacob Shattuck, claims that he took a DNA test to prove he was the father. The grandparents have still be granted sole custody. Now, the case is back in court and will continue.
