Adoption
In N.C. any adult may adopt another individual. Adults can adopt both children and other adults. There are some expenses that the adopting family can pay for but there are limitations. It is important that you know what the law allows when you begin the process of adopting. There are also laws about confidentiality and what records may be released. Helping families adopt is one of our favorite things to do!
