Alicia Palmer

Originally from Sierra Vista, Arizona, Alicia is a May 2015 graduate of The University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, NC. During her law school studies, Alicia was a member of the Julius L. Chambers Civil Rights Appellate Advocacy Team. She also served as a student attorney in the UNC Law Civil and Immigration Clinics. She became a member of the Texas Bar in November 2015.

Before achieving her Juris Doctor degree, Alicia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Pre-Law minor from The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Alicia played softball for the Arizona Wildcats during her undergraduate studies, and was a proud student-athlete. She also enjoyed volunteering in the community and served as a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Tucson.

Before joining the firm, Alicia worked as an immigration and family law attorney in Houston, Texas. Her primary focus during her employment as an immigration attorney was helping undocumented victims of violent crimes obtain lawful status in the United States. Alicia was drawn to family law because of her passion for helping others resolve disputes. Her primary goal is to help her clients understand the legal process associated with their case, ease any anxiety they might be experiencing, and ultimately obtain favorable results.

When Alicia is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her husband’s football team compete, and staying active.
