Jed Cochran started his own practice upon moving to Nashville in October of 2011. He then merged his practice with the Gordon Law Group and continues to tenaciously represent clients in the areas of Family Law, Juvenile Law, and other Civil Litigation.

Prior to moving to Nashville, Jed practiced with King & King, PLC in Jackson, Tennessee. His main practice areas were family/juvenile law, collections, criminal defense, and veteran’s affairs guardianships. Prior to moving to Jackson, Tennessee, Jed worked for Griffin and Associates in Jackson, Mississippi where his main practice areas were criminal defense and civil litigation. He received his Law Degree from the University of Mississippi, School of Law in May of 2008 and his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Delta State University (Go Fighting Okra!) in May of 2004.

Jed is licensed and has experience practicing law in both Mississippi and Tennessee and is a member of the Family Law sections of both the Mississippi and Tennessee Bar Associations. He takes great pride in working with clients to resolve whatever legal issues they may have, be it a simple uncontested divorce or a prolonged and complex civil litigation matter.
