Howard B. Leopold was born in Brooklyn, New York. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars. He graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1987 (Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude) with a B.A. in U.S. History and Minors in Hebrew and Business. Mr. Leopold attended Albany Law School and earned a J.D. in 1990.

After graduating from law school, he worked as an associate attorney in the litigation department of a New York City law firm for several years and then spent four years at a law firm in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.

Mr. Leopold regularly handles matters in New York and New Jersey and concentrates his practice in the following areas of law: Family/Divorce; Complex Commercial Litigation; Negligence/Personal Injury; Collections; Real Estate related matters (foreclosures, partitions, brokerage commission, tenancy actions), etc.

Mr. Leopold is active in many local organizations. He is the First Vice-President of the Jewish Community Center of Paramus/CBT. He is also the Vice-President of the Oradell Little League. He enjoys coaching his four (4) children in baseball, softball, soccer and basketball. Mr. Leopold has devoted time judging High School Moot Court competitions.
