James C. Foote is a senior attorney of Brabazon Law Office. LLC. A native of Northeastern Wisconsin, James attended University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and graduated in 1996. After earning a degree with majors in Criminal Justice and Political Science, he attended Hamline Law School in St Paul, Minnesota. James graduated from Hamline in 1999.
Since 2000, James has served as an associate attorney of Brabazon Law Office. LLC. The firm is a general practice firm with an emphasis in family, personal injury, business, estate planning and criminal law. Attorney Foote concentrates his practice to family and criminal cases. Typical family law cases include: divorce, paternity, post-judgment, child support, child placement and child custody.
James also has vast experience in a variety of criminal defense matters; Drunk Driving, Operating after Revocation/Suspensions, traffic offenses, battery, disorderly conduct, and other domestic offenses, drug cases, and sexual assaults. He handles both misdemeanor and felony charges.
