Couple Lost Child Custody over Theft Matter

A couple in the Honolulu, Hawaii area reportedly lost custody of their young daughter after being involved in a theft matter. According to reports, the couple was arrested for allegedly stealing sandwiches from a Safeway. However, the store is not pressing charges against the couple. The woman is reportedly pregnant, and ate a sandwich while shopping but forgot to pay. Their child was then taken away after the theft arrest, but returned to her parents about 18 hours later.
